The Cottagers Handbook, produced by Manitoba Conservation, outlines information, regulations and guidelines affecting cottagers in Manitoba’s provincial parks.  The Handbook is currently under revision.  The Board of Directors of the Whiteshell Cottagers Association has reviewed a draft copy of the new Handbook and provided Manitoba Conservation with its comments and concerns.
