Stop the Manitoba Government’s planned Parks Initiative to raise lease and service fees for cottagers.
“It is a disgrace that the NDP, of all parties, is trying to drive ordinary working people out of the provincial park and making it affordable only for the rich. Meanwhile the government elite buy cottages in Ontario where they are not subject to such arbitrary and unfair governance. For shame! The park, including the cottage system, was set up to give all Manitobans, regardless of wealth, a chance to make a multi-generational commitment to our natural heritage.”
