Whiteshell Flooding Update – October 18, 2019

Posted on: October 18, 2019  |

Water levels on all of the lakes in the Whiteshell have begun to recede. The weather forecast shows a system with up to an inch of rain that could possibly hit the area Monday-Tuesday but the forecast seems to be changing day-to-day. Manitoba Infrastructure and Sustainable Development will continue to monitor the situation and will advise the WCA if anything changes.

Current lake level plots can be found here: https://www.gov.mb.ca/mit/floodinfo/floodoutlook/forecast_centre/lakes/lake_levels/2018/whiteshell_water_levels.pdf
