Whiteshell Interpretive Events

The following Interpretive events will be offered by the Parks & Protected Spaces Branch.

 

Spring 2017 at the Alfred Hole Goose Sanctuary

The Visitor Centre will be open 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Friday through Monday of the May Long Weekend.

Located on PTH 44, ½ km east of the Town of Rennie

 

Waterfowl Then & Now

Sunday, May 21 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Discover the diversity of waterfowl in the Whiteshell and why it is so crucial to preserve areas such as the Game Bird Refuge. Afterwards enjoy complimentary refreshments and snacks.

Fish Release

Saturday, June 17, 2017

1 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Location: Whiteshell Fish Hatchery Interpretive Centre

Schools and organized groups can book a program directly with the park interpreter during the spring, fall and winter.
