Whiteshell Cottagers Association/Betula Lake Highway Clean Up

On August 26th, the Whiteshell Cottagers Association, in conjunction with the Betula Lake Cottager’s Association will be conducting their   Annual Highway 307 clean up.

Starting on Saturday at 10:00 AM, volunteers will meet at the Cook Shack to form teams of two in order to cover designated routes. The Clean Up will begin east of the Blocks 5-6-7 Block Road/ Boat Launch Sign and proceed West up to and including the Petro Forms Parking lot on Highway 307.

Depending on the number of volunteers, each team should be able to cover 2 – 3 kms and  take no more then a couple of hours.

At the the end of the day, a Barbecue hosted by the WCA will be held at Tom and Arlene’s cottage for all of the volunteers and their families.
