White Lake Water Levels

Posted on: May 26, 2022  |

Manitoba Parks reports that the rate of rise at White Lake since Saturday (previous 5 days) has been about 9”, but is now is slowing to an expected rise of ½” today. Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure has equipment on site currently to remove the bog and debris that were impacting the Basket Falls control structure, this is expected to be completed today.

There will also be one log inserted back into the West Hawk dam today to help slow downstream flow. This does take a few days to impact Jessica and White Lake.
