Sandbags and sand are being made available for cottager owners to protect cottages or weigh down docks on a proactive basis. Bring your own shovel to fill the bags.
In the South, sandbags can be picked up at the south shore causeway parking area in Falcon Lake and outside of the maintenance yard at West Hawk Lake. Any questions or concerns can be directed to the Falcon Lake District Office at 204-349-2201.
In the North, sandbags are located at the Betula Ball Diamond, the parking lot across from Brereton Lake Resort.
