New Wildfire South of Seven Sister Falls

Manitoba Parks provided the following update at 10:00 am May 18
An active wildfire is burning along the western edge of Whiteshell Provincial Park, south of Seven Sisters Falls. Those in the area along the Winnipeg River and PR 307 from Seven Sisters to Otter Falls can expect heavy smoke at times today.
There are two water bombers on the fire. Fire crew on-site
No plans at current time to go door to door within the Park.
