The MPPCOA is a group of 11 Manitoba provincial park cabin owner associations united in order to ensure a relationship of trust and respect between Cabin Owners and the Manitoba Parks and Protected Spaces {Parks Branch} to manage the administration and matters affecting cottagers within provincial parks.
