May 13 South Whiteshell Fire Morning Update

Manitoba Parks has provided the following updates this morning

One more initial attack crew is onsite, along with a dedicated helicopter.  Water bombers are not scheduled, but will be utilized if the fire action ramps up again.  Hunt Lake trail is be closed as a precaution due to an active fire in the area.  Park staff are going door to door in West Hawk at High Rock and McKenzie Beach providing the same messaging as last night in the Star Lake area (that they should be prepared to evacuate if  conditions change)
