Manitoba Hydro reports that they are now developing a workplan based on their assessment of the concrete structures at Slave Falls and feedback collected from local residents, Indigenous communities, and waterway users.
They are currently not expecting the work to involve a drop in water levels in the Winnipeg River between Slave Falls and Pointe du Bois Generating Stations this fall or winter.
