A fire 20 hectares in size broke out two kilometres west of Falcon Lake on the Trans Canada Highway Saturday afternoon.

Rebecca and her husband saw the smoke and pulled over to try and stomp out the fire, but it was out of control in minutes. Fire department was on it pronto. Looked like a cigarette tossed from a car may have started it.
