Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure (MTI) has given notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act for approval of a culvert and temporary cofferdam required for the reconstruction of Structure No. 2 at Falcon Lake Dam within the Whiteshell Provincial Park,
