The Seven Sisters spillway deck, which forms part of the Trans Canada Trail, will be fully closed from Tuesday, September 8 to Thursday, September 10.

The closure is required for scheduled work at the Seven Sisters Generating Station.

Manitoba Hydro apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.

The Seven Sisters Generating Station is Manitoba Hydro’s largest producer of electricity on the Winnipeg River. Construction began in 1929 and was completed in 1952.
